set_layout_properties(layout_name, properties_dict, base_url='http://127.0.0.1:1234/v1')[source]

Sets the specified properties for the specified layout.

Parameters

layout_name (str) – Name of the layout
properties_dict (dict) – List of one or more property=value pairs
base_url (str) – Ignore unless you need to specify a custom domain, port or version to connect to the CyREST API. Default is http://localhost:1234 and the latest version of the CyREST API supported by this version of py4cytoscape.
