clear_network_center_bypass(network=None, base_url='http://127.0.0.1:1234/v1')[source]

Clear the bypass value for center x and y for the network, effectively restoring prior default values.

Parameters
  • network (SUID or str or None) – Name or SUID of a network. Default is the “current” network active in Cytoscape.

  • base_url (str) – Ignore unless you need to specify a custom domain, port or version to connect to the CyREST API. Default is http://localhost:1234 and the latest version of the CyREST API supported by this version of py4cytoscape.

  • CyError – if center property or network name doesn’t exist

  • requests.exceptions.RequestException – if can’t connect to Cytoscape or Cytoscape returns an error

Warning

Before clearing the center coordinate bypass, the coordinate bypass must have been set via a call to either set_network_center_bypass() or set_network_property_bypass() with the bypass=True parameter set. Otherwise, clearing this property will throw an exception.
